We provide safe, reliable rides for individuals who need transportation to medical appointments, treatments, or other health related destinations but do not require an ambulance.

Who can use our services?
Our services are available to seniors, people with disabilities, patients recovering or preparing for surgery, or anyone who needs extra care transferring into a vehicle.

What type of vehicles do you use?
We use clean, maintained, ADA complaint vans with wheelchair access. Our vehicles are carefully selected to ensure passenger safety.

How do I schedule a ride?
You can schedule a ride by phone or trip request form on our site. If a trip is requested a dispatcher will call to confirm your details. We recommend scheduling your ride at least 24-48 hours ahead of your appointment time so we can serve you efficiently.

How are your drivers trained?
All drivers undergo background checks, ADA safety training, CPR/First aid certification, and specialized transfer training.

Can family members or caregivers ride along?
Yes! We welcome one caregiver or family member at no additional cost.
